Namjai is more than just a name

In Thai, it translates to "water from the heart", representing a spirit of genuine kindness and generosity. This value is the heartbeat of us, where honesty and integrity are reflected in every aspect of our business, from the way we source our spices to how we treat our community.

Namjai, A Legacy Harvested from the Heart
In 1954, amidst the aromatic chaos of Bangkok’s Yaowarat district in Thailand, Mrs. Saiki Sae Lee began a culinary revolution from a single humble shophouse. A migrant with a vision.
She did not just grind spices, she blended the heritage of her Chinese roots with the vibrant soul of Thai tradition. What started at Shophouse No. 13 soon became the secret ingredient whispered about in kitchens across the city.
From Wet Markets to Global Tables
As the sun set on the first three decades, the next generation took the helm. Transforming from a local treasure into a global ambassador. The children of Mrs. Saiki took her handcrafted recipes from the local wet markets to the world stage.
Today, Namjai is a bridge between generations, exporting the authentic taste of Thailand to over 25 countries.

For over 70 years, we have been committed to selecting only high-quality, safe ingredients that pose no harm to consumers.
